MAIN FABRICATION HALL
MATFLO’s 12,000 sq. ft primary workshop is fully served with overhead gantry cranes ranging from 2 tonne to 10 tonne capacity. The equipment on the floor ranges from tig and mig welders, sheet metal rollers, pipe benders, guillotine, press brakes and a CNC plasma cutter. Within a mezzanine level of the main fabrication hall is a designated stainless steel section for light stainless steel fabrication. Full height roller door access is available from the fabrication hall for truck access as gantry crane use is the preferred method of loading large items for delivery.PAINT SHOP
Where required a paint finish can be applied to fabricated items as specified by customers from our paint centre.ROLL REFURBISHING CENTRE
MATFLO’s pellet mill roll refurbishing centre is based in a 1,500 sq. ft workshop space which is equipped with a 100 ton hydraulic press, high temperature wash unit, work benches and overhead cranes for safe handling of heavy components. All waste products are disposed of in an environmentally friendly and compliant manner.STORE ROOMS
There are two designated indoor stock rooms on site. The largest is for stocking a wide variety of roll shells, bearings, grease and sundry parts for the roll refurbishing service. Customers are welcome to visit to inspect the range of stock to match their pelleting equipment. The second stock room is for sundry spare parts and fittings of items regularly used in the fabrication section and commonly used items for site maintenance and project work.YARD
The secure outdoor storage area is used for temporary storage of materials, work in progress and finished product.
