Matflo Engineering have a range of operational fabrication equipment in the workshop to enhance services including but not limited to; punch and sheer machine, rolling machine, guillotine, cold and band saws, a range of heavy industrial welders, generators, line bore equipment, sand blaster and heavy industrial compressors to name a few.General Fabrication
From simple designs to complex modular structures with mechanical and electrical features Matflo Engineering can fabricate a broad range of steel structures. The extensive gantry crane network at the plant allows us to handle large scale workshop projects in a safe and time efficient manner. We also offer bespoke stainless steel fabrication from a segregated section of our premises.Feed and Biofuel
As exclusive agents on the island of Ireland for Andritz Feed and Biofuel we are the single source for all OEM spare parts for the Andritz and Miltec range of equipment. We also have direct access to the Andritz pellet mill die manufacturing plant in Geldrop, Holland, the largest in the world, where dies are manufactured for all brands of pellet mills.Site Maintenance
With an experienced team of mechanical and maintenance fitters Matflo engineers offer 24 hour maintenance cover at a range of customers sites from feed mills, fertiliser production facilities, mineral processing and quarries.Projects and Installation
The combination of experienced project managers, site engineers, a well-equipped workshop and drawing capabilities allow Matflo undertake short term site projects relating to overhaul/maintenance and equipment installations. We work closely with civil/structural engineers and electrical partners to offer accredited turnkey projects where required. We also work closely with main contractors on larger projects.
